موضوع اليوم راح أخصصه لأفضل المنتجات اللي جربتها من آي هيرب، وإن شاء الله الموضوع بيكون متجدد بإستمرار لأن آي هيرب مثل ماتعرفون بحر وكل يوم نتكشف شي جديد.
شاركت المنتجات على سناب جات وما شاء الله لاقت صدى رائع فقلت حرام ما أوثقها في المدونة.
كل هالمنتجات جربتها وبعضها كررت شراءها مرات متعددة لأنها عجبتني وناسبتني، جمعت كل منتجين أو ثلاثة مع بعض مع اللنك لكل منتج

Today's post is an another iHerb post, but it's about the best things I've used, this will be updated regularly every once in a while whenever I discovered new iHerb favorites.
I've posted about this on my snapchat and the feed backs and reactions were huge! I didn't want to delay the blog post so I prepared it with whatever products I still have (even if they're empties-so you know how much I've loved them!) I've grouped every few products together with a brief summary and the link to each.

فظيييع الماسك! ينحط بعد الشامبو لحوالي ثلاث إلى خمس دقايق وبعدها ينغسل، يرطب الشعر ترطيب عدل بس بدون مايلصقه ولا يثقله أو يخليه ينام، وبعد مايجف الشعر طبيعي يكون شكله جنه ميشور سشوار خفيف طبيعي.
Olive & Avocado Hair Mask, I LOVE THIS! to be applied on damp freshly washed hair, specially on the ends and keep it for 3-5 minutes then rinse, it moisturizes the hair very well but without leaving it heavy or greasy, and the hair looks very smooth after it dries naturally
تريتمنت لأعادة بناء الشعر المتعرض للحرارة والمستحضرات الكيميائية
هذا ترطيبه جداً مكثف، أستخدمه كل أسبوعين، أركز استخدامه أكثر شي على أطراف الشعر وأحاول أبعده عن الجذور لأن جذور شعري دهنية من أصل، قوامه كريمي كثيف وينترك على الشعر المغسول لمدة عشر دقايق وينغسل بعدها.
GIOVANNI Naturafix Hair Reconstructor, this is an another great weekly hair treatment that is perfect for dry, damage ad chemically treated hair, it works as a mask on washed damp hair for 10 minutes, it leaves the hair much smoother, shinier and healthier though I avoid using it near my roots as they are naturally oily.

GIOVANNI Brazilian Keratin Heat Protection, I've kept re buying this after discovering it, this is a light mist to protect the hair for blow dry, straightening & curling iron heat, it has a light scent and doesn't grease the hair - I love big volume so a light product that doesn't put down my hair is always a favorite.
شامبو ديرما إي بزيت شجرة الشاي للعناية بفروة الراس
ممتاااز! ريحته حلوة وينظف وينقي فروة الراس عدل، أركز على فركه على الفروة وأتركه لمدة 3-5 دقايق وبعدها أغسله، خفف لي من دهون وقشور الفروة... وحبيت إنه ماينشف باقي الشعر مثل أغلب الشامبوهات بعد الشامبو وقبل البلسم أو الماسك يكون الشعر جاف.
Derma E Scalp Relief Shampoo, this is excellent! with tree tree oil and other ingredients, Sulfate and Paraben free, it's great for both scalp and hair, massage on wet hair focusing on the scalp in tender exfoliating and leave for 3-5 minutes, it eliminated the oiliness and flakes of my scalp and I love that it is unlike most shampoos, it doesn't dry the hair, even if I don't use a conditioner.

هالفرشة أخذتها فضول للتجربة بس طلعت مفيدة فعلاً، الحلقة المفتوحة في الوسط فكرتها إنها تسمح لمرور الهوا للشعر خلال التمشيط أو السشوار، بالتالي الوقت اللي بيستغرقه الشعر علشان يجف أقصر من الوقت اللي يستغرقه باستعمال الفرش المعتادة.

this is great for extremely dry and damaged hair, it won't suit normal-dry hair as it will be greasy, I love using them when I feel my hair is getting drying to get it back under control.

قوامه عجيب، بسرعة تمتصه البشرة مايترك أي لون أبيض وفعلاً مرطب وهذي ميزة حلوة لأن أغلب كريمات الحماية من الشمس مافيها ميزة الترطيب، وريحته حلووة بعد.
5 in 1 Multi Corrextion Daily Moisturizer with SPF30
I love the texture, it's light and gets absorbs very fast and unlike most sunscreen this is actually moisturizing, and I like it's smell too.
واقي شمس 30 من ديرما إي
وااايد حلو، لونه أبيض بس خلال أقل من دقيقة تمتصه البشرة ومايترك أي أثر، مايدهن البشرة ولا يتعبها ويناسب جميع البشرات ولكن البشرات الجافة جداً بتحتاج معاه مرطب لأن نسبة ترطيبه خفيفة.
Derma E Anti Oxidant SPF30 Sunscreen
This is another great sunscreen, it has a white hue but it dissolves very easily, though it's not really moisturizing like ROC, but it doesn't feel heavy and doesn't dry out the skin.
تونر بالورد من ثايرز
أحسن شي فيه إنه خالي من الكحول، أستخدمه لانعاش بشرتي أي وقت وبعد تنظيف المكياج وقبل الروتين الليلي.
Thayers Witch Hazel Aloe Vera Toner, the best thing is that it's Alchohol free, I use it several times a day to refresh my skin, after cleansing and also before makeup, I love the smell too!
ماسك الطين المغربي
أحبه! ينظف عددددل ويشتغل شفاطة دهون يمتص كل الدهون من البشرة وتطلع تلققق، في منه الأخضر (الطين الأوروبي) اثنينهم نفس الشي بس الفرق إن الأحمر مناسب لجميع البشرات بمافيها الحساسة. نوعيته بودرة ينخلط مع نص الكمية ماي لين يتحول الخليط لعجين ينمد على البشرة وينغسل بعد مايجف.
Moroccan Red Clay Mask, this cleans very very well! it works like a sucker for oil and impurities, the skin looks clean and fresh afterwards; the European clay is very similar but the red clay is suitable fr all skins including sensitive. it's a powder to be mixed, 1 portion of mask powder with 1/2 spoon of water, let set until it dries completely (around 20 minutes) if you have more sensitive or drier skin it's better to increase the water.

Queen Helene Mint Julep Scrub, same as the mask, it has medium scrub beads and srubs the face and clean pores.
فرشاة الماسكات من بيديليوم تولز
كنت ماخذتها للجسم بس طلعت صغيرة للووجه، ممتاز للوجه تمد مختلف أنواع الماسكات بطبقة متساوية على البشرة بسبب شكلها المسطح وتوصل لأصغر وأصعب الزوايا مثل حول الأنف، والمهم إنه تنظيفها سهل بعد.
Bedellium Tools Square Mask, I originally bought this for my body but it turned out to be too small so I kept it for face, the square shape makes it very easy to spread the mask evenly on the skin and it reaches the smallest areas, it's also easy to clean and doesn't shed.

Secret Key AC Control Foaming cleanser, this is great with Clarisonic to remove all makeup leftovers.

تستخدم جافة بخفة للتقشير الجاف ورطبة للتنظيف، جودتها ممتازة والشعر مايطيه ونعومته وسط مناسبة لبشرة الوجه ماعدا البشرات الحساسة.
Natural Bristles Hair Brush, great to use on face for dry brushing or wet with different cleansers, the bristles are just right not harsh but also not too soft though I don't think it will go well with sensitive skin.
أقراص قطنية مقشرة ومنقية من روك
تونس تخلي البشرة نااعمة وتلق، العلبة فيها 28 قرص مدور وكل قرص له جهتين، على وجه رطب الناعمة تستخدم أول وبعدها الخشنة وراح تتحول لرغوة، البشرة بعدها تكون مرنة ومشرقة.. حسب الوصف مناسبة للإستخدام اليومي بس بما إنيي ما أحط مكياج يومياً فاستخدمها مرتين إلى ثلاث أسبوعياً
ROC Face resuracing disks, these are soaked cotton pads with 2 sides, first use the soft side on damp skin in circular motions then flip it and use the dark, with continuous usage the skin will look much healthier and even, they are gentle enough for daily use ut I tend to use them 2-3 times a week, and the disc is huge it can be cut to 2 and one half is enough for the whole face.

The infamous Queen Helene Mint Julep masque, this clarifies the skin! like really clarifies it, it looks very polished afterwards and it's HUGE! and very cheap.
مرطب لكعب القدم
حجمه جداً صغيير وقوامه كثيف أثقل من الفازلين بس كمية بسيطة على قاع وكعب الرجل قبل النوم تعطي نتيجة رائعة! ترطيب ممتاز يلين البشرة وبعد يخفف آلام وحروق الكعب، يناسب الاستخدام الليلي لأنه مكثف وثقيل.
Cococare Dry cracked heels, this is a tiny little product but it does miracles! it has a very thick consistency, thicker than petroleum jelly but when touching the skin it spreads easily; when used overnight it leaves the feet very soft and moisturized, I don't recommend using it on day time as it's quite thick, it also helps to sooth burns after wearing tight shoes and heels.

Eucerin Advanced Repair foot creme, this has a light lotion-like consistency, I like to apply before and evn during wearring painful heels, it really helps to sooth this pain, got this tip from UpCloseAndStylish.

ريحته تجنن جنها ريحة بينك بيري! هالمقشر قوامه كريمي وحبات التقشير فيه ناعمة وصغيرة مناسب لكل البشرات وخصوصاً الحساسة.
Raspberry Pomegranate Scrub, this has a very soft creamy consistency, which makes it perfect for daily use and for sensitive skins, it smells divine too!
مقشر جسم بالسكر والكاكاو
هذا وسط، قوامه كريمي بس حبات التقشير فيه واضحة.. ريحته مولتن! يقشر عدل
Hot Sugar & Chocolate scrub, this has a creamy consistency too but the scrub beads are much biiger, it smells of chocolate and scrubs well.
مقشر للجسم بالقهوة
هذا الأخشن بين الثلاثة، حباته كبيرة ونوعيته جاف، تقشيره ممتاز وريحته تجنننن! البشرات الجافة يفضل ينخلط مع زيت عشان مايحسس البشرة او يكون قوي عليها.
Coffee Scrub, this is the most coarse of them and it has a dry consistency, but it really scrubs well! best to be used on damp skin in circular motion, leave for few minutes then rinse, dry and moisturize, though it might not suit very dry and sensitive skins.

فيه من هالنوع روايح مختلفة هذا باللافندر جداً احب ريحته تجنن استرخاء يحول البانيو لسبا.
EO French Lavender bath salts, this smells divine and really relaxing, it's colorless and dissloves veyr fast in warm water, great for a relaxing shower.
أملاح الشاور بملح الإيبسوم
هالنوع لأنه يحتوي على ملح الإيبسوم فهو يساعد على الاسترخاء وتهدئة الأعصاب وتخفيف ألام العضلات، فيه منه روايح مختلفة محجمه راهي قريب الكيلو وريحته جميلة.
Everyone Epsom Salt, this is a coarse bath salt with Epsom, I like mixing several salts to get the ultimate relaxation experince, this comes in a +900 grams container.
رغوة الشاور باالباشن فروت والجوافة
هالماركة في منها روايح مختلفة جربت أكثر من وحدة وحلوين، اضافتها للماي الجاري الساخن تطلع رغوة حلوووة، وتستخدم بعد كشاور جل بنفس الوقت.
Deep Steep Bubble Bath, when squeezed under warm/hot water t gives a beautiful bubbles lol, it can also be used as a shower gel.

ريحتها تجننننن هادية وماتصدع، بس رغوتها اقل من الأولى وحجمها أصغر حسيتها بسرعة تخلص.
Another Bubble bath ad again this is lavender, I love Lavender in Bath products!
صابون غير معطر للأواني
أستخدمه لتنظيف الفرش! حجمه راهي وقوامه يشبه الجل ينظف الفرش بضمييير من كل المكياج والبقايا وحسيته مناسب لشعر الفرش خلصت العلبة وماخرب لي ولا فرشة ولا حسيت خشن الشعر.
Better Life Naturally Grease Kicking Dish Soap... and I use this as: Brushes Cleanser! It has the right consistency, made of safe ingredients and it's free of a lot of harmful ingredients, I Love it! it cleanse very well, no shdding or dryness... and the bottle is Huge!

معكرونة سمرا بالقمح الكامل
جربت معكرونات سمرا مختلفة بس أحلى نوع بدون منازع هالماركة! لذيييىذة حتى أحلى من المعكرونات البيضا بمراحل، طعمها لذيييذ وتشد الطبخ ماتتعجن بسهولة وماحسيتها ثقيلة، متوفرة بأشكال ختلفة، الفوسيلي، البيني، السباغيتي، الأصداف، الأورزو (لسان العصفور) وغيرهم.
DeLallo Whole grain pasta, this is my ABSOLUTE favorite! it tastes really great and will resist longer cooking times *in case you forgot it*! it doesn't feel heavy, it comes in different shapes, I love the Fussili and Orzo most.
معكرونة غلوتين فري مصنوعة من الكينوا والأرز
طعمها لذييذ وبعد تشد الطبخ بس حجمها مايكبر مع الماي وايد مثل الأنواع المعتادة، جربت هالنوع والسباغيتي والاثنين لذيذين.
Gluten Free Rice & Quinoa Macaroni, it tastes really good and cooks well but the size won't double like normal pastas, the spaghetti is also great.
زبدة فول سوداني كرانشي
من أفضل الأنواع اللي جربتها من ناحية الطعم فعلاً لذيييذ ومع إنها كرانشي بس ماصادفت مشكلة بالدهن وماتحتاج خلط، وبقت فريش لين خلصتها.
Peanut Butter & Co Crunchy Peanut better, this is one of the tastiest peanut butter I've tried! I love that I don't need to stir it and it spreads easily.
مكسرات ماكاداميا برازيلية مشوية ومملحة بملح البحر
لذييييذة ومناسبة كسناك صحي تحتوب على دهون صحية، دايماً كل كرتون لازم في منها لي ولأمي.
Now foods Brazilian Macadamia Nuts Roasted with Sea Salts, Me and My Mom love these! they taste very good and are rich in healthy fats, I keep ordering this in 80% of my iHerb orders.
خبز/بسكوت مقرمش بالحبوب
طعمه بروحه ماصخ بس مع أشياء ثانية مثل بينت بتر، جبن، لبنة، غواكامولي، روب.. لذيذ للتغميس باختصار وغني بالألياف ومعلوماته الغذائية ممتازة.
Finn Crisp Original Think Rye Crisp Bread, alone it's a bit tasteless but it works great as crackers and with dipping, peanut butter, cheese, guacamole, yogurt, it's rich in fibers too.
بسكوت بريتزل خالي من الغلوتين
طعمه وايد لذيذ وخفيف مقرمش وملحه خفيف، مناسب لاستخدامه كسناك خفيف حسب حجم الحصة المحددة وضمن احتياج الجسم اليومي، حجم الكيس كبير.
Gluten Free Pretzels, I love that they are crispy and not salty, and the bag is HUGE! but don't forget to stick to the serving size.
منتفخات الجبن
طعمه جبن لذييييذ! مصنوع من جبن حقيقي ومع إنه مو منتج ريجيم ولكن مقارنة بالأنواع التجارية هذا مكوناته أفضل خصوصاً من ناحية قلة المواد المضافة الصناعية مثل الألوان وغيرها.
Barbara's Bakery Oringial Cheese Puffs, well just let me summarize it: these are made with real cheese and are really crunchy I warn you: you will find it really hard to stick with the serving size.
فواكه مجمدة بالتجفيف
هالفواكه طعمها وقوامها يضحك كأنه قطن! بس لذيييذة ومافيها أي إضافات غير الفاكهة ممتازة كسناك خفيف بين الوجبات.
Freeze Dried Fruits
these are funny at first! they feel and taste like cotton lol, but they are really tasty and 100% fruit with nothing else, which makes it a great snack, my favourites are the strawberries and raspberries.
شوفان عضوي بالحبوب الكاملة
هالشوفان من النوع الملفوف، رولد، أنا ماحب الشوفان إلا بالشوربات ماحب وجبات وخلطات الشوفان، مع انه ياخذ وقت أطول بالطبخ بس طعمه لذييذ وفوايده كبيرة خصوصاً من ناحية البروتين والألياف، وحجمه كبير يبقى مدة طوييلة.
Organic Rolled Oats
It takes longer to cook but in soups it's really tasty, rich in Fiber and protein, I only use oats in soups and dry granola, I hate breakfast overnight oats.
البهارات
هالنوعية من البهارات ممتازة، العلبة زجاجية وهذا الشي يخلي الطعم يبقى فريش لأطول مدة، والغطا فيه جانبي للرش واحد بفتحات صغيرة لرش كميات صغيرة والانية فتحة أكبر لاستخدام كميات أكبر للطبخ، والحلو إنه العلبة قابلة لاعادة التعبئة والاستخدام مرات متعددة بكل سهولة - هذا بالإضافة إلى إن حجم الزجاجات كله واحد يخليهم مناسبين للترتيب وشكلهم حلو.
SEASONINGS
I love the Simply Organics Seasoning for several reasons, the jar is made of durable glass with screw off cap - which keeps the flavor fresh and rich as long as possible, and it comes with 2 holes, few small to sprinkle over food and one big hole to fill measuring spoons, also they can be refilled and reused.
ريحان - أوريغانو - بهارات إيطالية، مناسبين لأغلب الأكلات من شوربات، سلطات للدريسنغ، أنواع المعكرونات.. مكهتهم غنية ولذييذة.
Basil, Oregano & Italian Seasoning, I Love Italian food! so these are a must for me, they have such a rich and fresh flavor.
بهارات شوي للخضار والدجاج، مناسببين للتتبيل للإير فراير والباربيكيو، في منهم للمأكولات البحرية والستيك بعد
Chicken and Vegetables grilling seasoning, these are great for seasoning before BBQ or Air Fryer.
بودرة الثوم (مجروش مو مطحون) - خليط الثوم والفلفل الأسود - خليط الليمون بالفلفل الأسود، الأخيرر أمي عجبها جداً وصارت تستخدمه بكل شي.
هالثلاثة مثل ماتشوفون خلصوهم أمي وأختي.. دليل قاطع شكثر هم ممتازين!
Garlic Powder, this is granulated not powdered and it has a rich taste, I don't like using fresh garlic so this is a great alternative, Garlic Pepper & Lemon Pepper, you can can see that these 3 were a big hit that we already ran out of them, my mom loved the lemon pepper.
خليط بهارات يومية لكل الاستخدامات خالي من الملح - خليط البهارات والأعشاب ممتازين لأغلب أنواع الطبخات والسلطات
All-Purpose Salt Free, as the name states this is to be added with everything without thinking about the over salty taste, Herbs De Provence is a mixture of herbs also great for several uses.
بابريكا مدخنة، أحب طعم البابريكا بكل شي تقريباً - خليط بهارات بيتزا(من ماركة مختلفة بس الشركة الأم وحدة ونفس مميزات التعليب والطعم بالثنتين، الفرق إنه فرونتير بعض منتجات طبيعية وبعضها عضوية أما سمبلي أورغانك كلها عضوية)، بهارات البيتزا هذا مو خاصة بس للبيتزا، تستخدم بكل شي ايطالي خصوصاً في الصلصحات وخلطات الاجبان.- كمون، نفس الشي الكمون أحبه بكل شي وشاريته عشان طقم مع الباقين وبعد مايخلص بعبيه محلي.
Smoked Paprika, I love paprika flavor in almost everything!
Pizza Seasonings, this is from Frontier Naturals but the packaging and freshness are as good as simply organic, this is not only for pizza, it can be used for anything Italian specially sauces and with cheeses.
Cumin, another favourite herb, I bought this to fit with the others, will refill it locally later as we have it fresh here.

Citrus a'peel with a grinder cap, this is to add a sour taste specially in soups and salad dressings.
